Question by : Will weight lifting exacerbate male pattern baldness?
I am 22 years old and currently show no signs of hair loss. My grandfather on my mothers side shows notable hair loss (he’s in his 70s) and my other grandfather shows none. I would really liek to get into weight lifting because i want to improve how i look (I have confidence issues) but with the countless number of things I have read relating the activity to male pattern baldness I am very reluctant to start. Please help!

There are some situation that too much lifting can cause hair loss because you are releasing more power, where in your hair’s strength is affected. Having a hair loss is never been easy to handle. If you really want to go lifting make it sure you were able to take vitamins for your hair or apply a hair loss treatment for prevention. Try to search this product: Rejuvin8 , it is a hair loss treatment and I just found that treatment in net, also their are some testimonials on it. Thank you and God Bless.

Question by rame_dean: What constitutes an overactive thyroid?
I am suffering from hair loss and am only 18. I think it may have to do with my thyroid and am going to go to an endochronologist to determine it, but before I went I wanted to know how to determine an overactive thyroid. If it is that, can it be treated. Does the hair that fell out and thinned grow back to its previous state and become full again. Is there anyone else in a similar situation that knows of any details that can help me?
Thank you.

Question by Mary Kate: Hair falling out?
I’m a healthy, seventeen year old girl. Daily, I probably loose about 20-30 hairs or more in the shower if I had to guess. Then also, when I run my hand through my hair one or two hairs fall out every now and then, but every day. Is this normal? How much hair loss per day is normal for a 17 year old girl? Thanks!

Average hair loss is 100 hairs a day.

If you dye your hair or use a lot of products on it, more will fall out.

Question by : How to treat seborrheic dermatitis?
I have seborrheic dermatitis in my eyebrows and its lead to a lot of eyebrow hair loss. My dermatologist prescribed ketoconazole shampoo, which worked for a while but then seemed to stop. I’ve hear coconut oil works good and Ive heard lime juice might work. Do these work and are there any other prescription or natural medications that work?

call the dermatologist office & ask for a prescription of LOPROX shampoo. he/she should have a coupon for it for $ 20 copay. this will work better than ketoconazole. shampoo all areas that have the seb derm.
